THE MISSION
The vegan food scene in Western Massachusetts is lacking, so I decided to design a vegan fast-food restaurant.
My focus was to create an enjoyable space that didn't immediately appear vegan. I wanted to capture the audience's attention with a lively and eye-catching aesthetic.
THE IMPACT
The addition of a vegan food choice allows individuals to sample non-meat dishes without the assumption that they are always "healthy". They are welcome to indulge and try the entire selection without guilt.
